This is the most recent card that I made for my card club. I thought it turned out pretty cute so I wanted to share. Thanks for looking!

Moving on.......again!

Well, things have been pretty hectic at my house! My dad is dying.......we have him home on hospice care till he passes. That has been very difficult. I can't talk about it much more.....I get very upset.
A move is also in the works. We are moving back to Washington State. Chris got a great job offer we really couldn't pass up. Chris and Matt will be moving up there in 2 weeks. Matt will start school this year there. Hannah and I will move up there when my dad passes.......I don't want to leave him till then :(
Emily has her senior year this year so she will stay behind with my mom. I feel better about the whole situation with her there to "help" my mom and keep her company. She is 18 now so I guess I better get used to the idea of her leaving the nest.
We loved living in Wa. so we are pretty psyched about the move. Chris and I are also tired of being apart so that figures in to the whole "psyched" feeling.
Well, I geuss thats all for now. Will follow up when I can.

I'm Blessed

I am blessed to have a wonderful husband. I love him so much and he shows me so much love and patience and adoration every day. He never lets a day go by without telling me how much he loves me and how beautiful I am (even though I know I am NOT!). He puts up with my grouchiness and just jokes me into a better mood. I want for nothing.
I don't know how I got so lucky in the husband department but I am so glad I did. I realize that probably no one else cares but I felt like shouting it from the rooftops.

I met a Big Loser!

The craziest thing happened the night before my birthday. I belong to a Stampin Up club and we meet a night every month in Cedar City. Well this time it just happened to be the night before my birthday and we got a really special surprise. There was another group meeting there the same night and one of those people just happened to be a contestant from the tv show The Biggest Loser! Can you beleive it? I couldn't! LOL I guess he was a relative of the guys who were running the group meeting....whatever the reason, it was pretty cool! For those of you that watch the show and are familiar with the contestants, the one I met that night was Filipe, a member of the blue team. He has lost a lot of weight (I didn't ask how much). Those of you who watch can tell! He was gracious enough to take pictures with us. Here is mine:

I'm still alive

Hi everyone. Just wanted to jot down a quick hi while I had a chance. I have been a serious blog slacker and hope to get back on soon to update about our goings on here in Utah and Vegas......I don't ever remember being quite so busy (and on the go) in my life! LOL Anywho, while I have the best friends here at home......I miss my Idaho buddies a LOT. Be back soon! TTFN!

Happy Birthday Hannah!!

Its my "baby's" 6th birthday today. I am a little sad that she is growing up so fast. We have a fun filled day in Vegas planned so check back later for some pics of our fun. TTFN!
